Steps

Sieve semolina and besan in a bowl, add yoghurt and water,mix well and keep aside for 10 mnts rest.

After resting add all mentioned ingredients except oil,eno and lime juice,
Mix well.
Other side put a steamer on the gas,and keep the greased tin ready. - 3
When steamer is ready, add oil, eno and lime juice in the better,stir well until the batter goes fluffy,
Transfer the better in a greased tin, sprinkle red chilli powder on the better and cover it fr at least 15-20 mnts to steam. - 4
Now dhokla is ready,remove the tin,let it cool completely,then cut it in a square piece
Time for tempering..
In a pan heat the oil add mustard seed,cumin seed,green chilli pieces,curry leaves, sesame and hing.now add dhokla pieces in the tadka,mix well,add fresh coriander.. - 5
Healthy dhokla is ready to serve..
Enjoy with tea coffee, chutneys,sauces or all alone..
