  • 3boiled potatoes
  • 1Small grated carrot,
  • 1 t,sp. chat masala
  • Handfulchopped coriander
  • 1/4 mirchi powder
  • 1 small grated beetroot
  • 1/4 t,sp. aamchur powder
  • For chutney-
  • 1 tb. sp. pudina
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tb. sp. coriander
  • salt
  • 1 t.sp. roasted peanuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove skin,& mash potatoes. Add beet, & carrot. Add mirchi, aamchur powder, chat masala, coriander. Mix well.

    Make cutlet. Roll in rice atta. Shallow fry on nonstick spreading oil on both sudes
