Ingredients

  1. 1bagel
  2. 1 Tspbutter
  3. 2 Tspcream cheese (or substitute)
  4. 1-2tomato slices (thin sliced)
  5. 1/2avocado (sliced or mashed)
  6. Spritz of lemon juice
  7. Pinchsalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble ingredients

    Toast bagel to desired crisp (Medium- soft)

  3. 3

    Once warm, spread butter and cream cheese.

  4. 4

    Top with tomato slices and avocado.

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Place bagel top, cut in half and enjoy!
