  • 1brinjal
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric salt

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak brinjal about half n hour.

  2. 2

    Take mixing bowl,add sooji rava, salt,turmeric and red chilli powder

    Heat tawa add oil, cook caoted brinjal

    Cook both side.. when sides of brinjal gets brown and slightly shrinks.
