Steps

Peel,wash and cut Potato in Julian.

Tk a ghee in nonstick pan,add cumin and red chilli powder,add Potato Julian, green chilli pieces and salt.
Stir slowly and cover with lid on slow flem. - 3
When Potato get half cook add tomato piece, coriander leaves sugar and lemon juice,mix well and cover again for 2-3 mnts.

After that the subji will be ready.
Transfer it in a bowl,sprinkle coriander and serve with sprinkled black paper Powder and red chilli powder curd.
