Ingredients

  1. 4 pcspotato
  2. 1 pctomato
  3. 2 pcsgreen chilli
  4. 2 tblsp fresh coriander
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 tspsugar (optional)
  7. 1 tsplime juice
  8. 1 tblspghee
  9. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel,wash and cut Potato in Julian.

    Tk a ghee in nonstick pan,add cumin and red chilli powder,add Potato Julian, green chilli pieces and salt.
    Stir slowly and cover with lid on slow flem.

    When Potato get half cook add tomato piece, coriander leaves sugar and lemon juice,mix well and cover again for 2-3 mnts.

    After that the subji will be ready.
    Transfer it in a bowl,sprinkle coriander and serve with sprinkled black paper Powder and red chilli powder curd.
    Enjoy 👍🏻😋
