Clean and chop the mushrooms, pre heat the olives oil, and sauté the mushrooms. Once it wilted add the chopped spring onions.
Bersihkan dan potong jamur, panaskan minyak zaitun, dan tumis jamur. Setelah layu masukkan irisan daun bawang.

Add black pepper powder, garlic powder and salt. Keep stirring it, then add the whisked eggs.
Tambahkan bubuk lada hitam, bubuk bawang putih dan garam. Aduk terus, lalu masukkan telur yang sudah dikocok.

Once the eggs is ready (cook the eggs according to your taste) add the mozzarella at the top.
Setelah telur siap (masak telur sesuai selera) tambahkan mozzarella di atasnya.

Once the mozzarella is melt, the omelette is ready to serve for breakfast 🍳.
