Julienne the carrots.

Put sesame oil in a hot frying pan and put the carrots in when it starts smoking.

Fry until soft and sweet. It’s nice to catch the carrot in the pan so you will get burnt edges = delicious bit!

Turn off the heat and while still hot sprinkle some sea salt and toasted sesame seeds.
