First take your idli batter do not add any water it is very important add salt and take your dosa tawa pour your batter and before prepare all your veggies cut in to small piece before your tawa will be heated.

After some time pour some water and oil and spread your idli batter and spread in to thick formation by rotating in a round shape and spread one by one little fine cut or grated vegetables and pour some oil and spread your gun powder according to your taste and close your tawa by keeping lid over it and wait for sometime to cook all your veggies and turn over on the other side.before turn over make sure your veggies stick to your uttappam by pressing lightly in between when your veggies were
