Ingredients

  • Cream - 1 cup (I used amul 25% fat fresh cream) Full Fat Milk - 2 cup Icing Sugar / Confectioners Sugar- ¾ cup Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp Milk Chocolate - 2 cup chopped finely Coconut Oil - 8 tblsp

Steps

  1. 1

    Take milk, icing sugar and vanilla in a bowl and mix well so the sugar is melted.

    Now whip cream till lightly thickened. Add in milk mix and whip well.

    Pour this into a jug, fill popsicle moulds and insert popsicle stick into it.

    Freeze overnight.

    Now run the mould under water and remove it carefully. Arrange it in a foil lined tray and freeze.

    Now let's make the sauce, the chocolate and oil in a sauce pan, heat on low heat till the chocolate is melted.

    Let this cool down, pour this into a cup.

    Now take the popsicle and dip it into the sauce just one time. Remove it immediately, it will get frozen at an instant.

    Serve immediately.
