Steps

Firstly, chop all the vegetables & keep aside.Boil the corn kernels & crush them lightly in the mixer.

Mix all the ingredients, add grated cheese & mix well. Add only 2 t.spoon of water & mix.Keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Now when you want to make fritters, add salt & give it a good mix. Drop spoonfuls of batter in the hot oil.Deep fry the fritters till golden.

Remove the fritters on the kitchen paper. Serve the hot fritters with tomato ketchup. Our tasty fritters are ready to eat. Enjoy.
