A delicious sweet and spicy Indian relish or chutney of raw green mangoes cooked with jaggery and spices

👉Wash, peel and grate mangoes.

👉Coarsely beat jaggery with rolling pin.

👉 Heat a wok. Add grated mango and cook on low flame till it's lachhe becomes transparent. It may take 3-4 minutes.

👉Add jaggery and keep on stirring till jaggery gets melted and then dried and mixes well with mango lachhe.

👉Add salt, black salt, roasted cumin seeds, black pepper powder, cardamom powder and kashmiri red chilli and mix well.

👉 Cook for 1 minute. Then switch off the flame. Let it cool.

👉Fill it in a jar. It can be used upto a year.

👉Seve with meal or apply as jam on bread. It's very healthy and delicious.
