Ingredients

  • 2 pack20 Okra
  • 1 teaspoonDashi powder (Japanese bonito stock powder)
  • 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • Some chili
  • 100-150 ccwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil okras in boiling water for 2 minutes.

    Make Dashi pickles mixture. And put okras in it.

    Stay it in refrigerator for several hours.
