Skillet potatoes & ground beef

Aloo Keema (potatoes and ground beef curry) is a popular dish in Pakistan. Sometimes, peas are also added to this beloved dish, and it’s called “aloo keema matter).
The dish can be on the dry side (the way I like) or with some gravy. It’s a great stand-alone dish and doesn’t need anything else to complement it. You can serve it for lunch or dinner and even breakfast. I like aloo keema with paratha for breakfast.
So, this Skillet Potatoes & Ground Beef is a twist on the beloved aloo keema. This easy recipe has an oriental touch to it, which comes from the use of Schezwan sauce and soy sauce.
Not only is this Skillet Potatoes & Ground Beef sure to be embraced by everyone at your table, but it’s also easy to make and quick to clean up. You can cook ground beef and vegetables together in the same skillet, leaving you just one pan to wash in the end.
Even if you are beginner, you'll nail this hassle-free cooking in one pot and there is no stench in the minced meat.
