Steps

Assemble all the ingredients in a mixer grinder,grind all the ingredients for the gravy

Pressure cook the potatoes when boiled peel and pierce with a fork keep aside

Heat oil in a pan sauté the prepared gravy in it.

Add all the dry masala powders and curds mix well add the boiled potatoes to it
- 5
Mix well allow it to simmer on slow flame for 10 mins

When ready take it out in a serving bowl
- 7
Serve with hot butter naan or roti
Dhaba style alu dum is ready
