Cinnamon toast is a favorite of my husband. Not always making cinnamon bread I needed something to help regular toast. Here it is!

This recipe is adapted from a Honey roasted chickpea butter found on the internet which I tried long ago but did not like the rather dry and coarse texture as there was no melted chocolate to cream it up. So I remade it with both roasted chickpea chunks and boiled chickpeas for the creamy butter texture (kinda like hummus) and seasoned it with cinnamon and honey.#vegetarian#vegan#plantbased#healthyfood
