Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2Peach
  2. Arugula
  3. Strong white cheese
  4. Rosemary
  5. Salt and black pepper
  6. Balsamic and olive oil
  7. Sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut peach in half and remove the seed then heat a pan and place the peaches face down to the pan till slightly cooked and then to the other side so the peach is soft

  2. 2

    Cut small pieces of bresaola and small pieces of cheese

  3. 3

    Add some sugar to the peach and burn it for a more caramelized taste or use honey

  4. 4

    Balsamic and olive oil for the dressing and pepper and salt and rosemary
