  1. 1Eggplant
  2. 3 TbspnTomato paste
  3. HandfulCherry tomatoes
  4. Parmesan cheese
  5. Basil
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. Olive oil

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cut in half and add salt black pepper and olive oil then bake in the oven till soft

    Add tomato paste then cherry tomatoes and parmesan

    Put it back in the oven for the cheese to melt then add basil
