Bottle gourd with yogurt/ ghiya ka raita

This Ghia raita / bottle gourd raita gives refreshment to my soul in summer. I love to make it 3 to 4 times in summer. It keeps my stomach happy and I didn't feel any kind of burning in my stomach after eating spicy food. Because it gives me a cool sensation so you guys also have to try this amazing bottle gourd raita and thank me later for this lovely recipe 😜 .

This Ghia raita / bottle gourd raita gives refreshment to my soul in summer. I love to make it 3 to 4 times in summer. Take a pot and add 2 glasses of water then add grated bottle gourd or Ghia and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes until it becomes soft. Then use a strainer and drain out the water

Now in a grinder add yogurt, cumin seeds, green chilli,salt and garlic cloves and make a smooth liquid paste.

Now in a mixing bowl add boiled Ghia/ bottle gourd and pour yogurt on it. Now add milk instead of water and give it a good mix

Then add chopped onion, fresh coriander leaves, green chillies chopped and mix it well then add some black pepper powder or add some chaat masala to enhance its flavour. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy. Our most delicious Ghia raita is ready to serve
