Just a simple and quick recipe which I have prepared with basic spices and I have cooked it in pressure cooker bcoz of shortage of time but you can cook it in also kadhai

Wash the parwal and cut into pieces.cut thr onion into thin slices.
Add oil in a pressure cooker heat it up. Add cumin seeds saute few seconds. - 2
Add onion slices fry then till translucent add ginger garlic paste cook for a minute add broken dried red Chilli and bay leaf. Cook all for 1 more minute.

Add chopped parwal mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring. Now add coriander powder, red Chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Mix well cook on high flame for 2 minutes, stir continuously then cover the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistle. Turn off the flame. Open the lid. Add mint powder.

Mix and cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes keep stirring. When oil comes on surface turn off the flame. The sabzi has cooked. Served with roti or puri.
