  • 200 ggreen beans(chauli) chopped
  • 1large piece of turai cut into large portions
  • 2 tbsptomato puree
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspasofedita
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tsppavbhaji masala
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • 2 cupswater

    In a cooker, add oil, mustard seeds, asofedita and onion. Saute till onions are golden

    Add turai, beans, spices, water, tomato sauce and mix well

    Cook upto 5 whistles. When cooled mash the turai with spoon.serve with roti
