First soak Desi chana for five six hours in worm water 💧

Then prepare a paste of six,seven mint leaves 🍃,one big onion, four chilli, 7-8 cloves of garlic and one big piece of ginger 🫚.

And grind one big tomato 🍅 and chopped one tomato nicely.

Then heat the cooker and pour two serving spoon mustard oil.Then add hing and one or two bay leaf,one cardamom,two black pepper,and two cloves, stir well.

Then add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, and aijwain,stir well.

Then add onion ginger garlic paste and roast it nicely two minutes in sim flame.

After two minutes add coriander and turmeric powder, chilli powder.stir nicely. Then add chopped and tomato paste. Mix again and cook two minutes.

Then add soaked chane,mix well then add salt and chana masala or chole masala. I am adding pav bhaji masala too.
Roast it four five minutes in sim /medium flame 🔥 - 9
Then add one or more glass of water and close thelid of cooker.
Cook upto three- four whistle in sim/ medium flame 🔥 Then turn off the gas. - 10
Desi chana masala is ready for serve. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lemon 🍋.
Chappati and koshimbhir.
