For dressing....
Greek yogurt + lemon juice + black pepper + salt +oil
Whisk nicely & keep aside - 2
Chickpeas + apple+ celery +fresh parsley + raisins + green onions + walnuts + lemon wedges
Toss every thing in a large bowl
Gently fold in dressing
Season with salt & pepper if desired
Serve over greens, in lettuce cups or in a pita bread
