Boil,peel and mash potatoes.

Finely chop onions,chillies,coriander and mint.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.

Add in onion and green chillies and fry till onion is light golden.

Add in all the spices and stir well.

Add in potatoes,herbs and lemon juice and mix well.

Leave it to cool.

Soak bread in little water.

Squeeze out all the moisture.

Mix bread with potato masala

Make round cutlets.

Dilute flour in sufficient water to make a thin batter.

Dip cutlets in batter.

Roll in crumbs.

Heat oil in a pan.

Shallow fry cutlets till light golden.

Serve hot.
