Use Large Holes Of Grate To Grate The Mangoes

Now Add Oil In A Pan & Heat It

Add Panchphoran In It & Let Them Crackle For A Minute

Now Add Grated Mangoes & Cook Them For 4-5 Minutes On Medium Flame

Now Add Powdered Sugar & Cook It Till Mangoes Turn Soft

Now Add Salt, Haldi Powder, Amchur Powder & Red Chilli Powder

Mix Them Well & Cook Them For A Minute On Medium Flame & Enjoy 😊
