Simple stir fry Parwal ki sabji with ghee roti

Scratch all Parwal with knife cut top & bottom.cut through the middle.

Wash two times. Now khadhai put on flame add oil when heat up add Parwal add solt, termaric, red chilli powder will stair in a while.

When it's become little soft add chopped onion will stair in a while.
- 4
When onion become soft take out in a plate serve with by applying ghee to the roti.
