Potato wedges pancakes

North to south and east to west, potato is probably the only vegetable cooked the most, especially in Orissa and Bengal, we can’t think of a meal without potato.
I have used potato to create a delicious snack, with minimal time and effort. Have it as it is or pair with rice, dal - it will not disappoint you.
To get the best out of this dish, eat it hot as soon as it’s ready.
