  • 10chicken drumstick
  • 4-5potatoes
  • 1-2onions
  • For the sauce
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1dessert spoon curry or turmeric
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspoonpul biber/cayenne/red paprika pepper
  • 1 teaspoonthyme
  • 1 teaspoonsalt

  1. 1

    Crush the garlic and mix all the remaining sauce ingredients.

    Add potatoes cut into apples and washed chicken to the sauce and mix.

    Add the onions cut in half rings and mix.

    Put it in the baking trau and bake in the oven at 200-220 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
