Boil ⅙cup cashewnuts,, ½poppy seed or khus khus, and grind it to form a paste,

Now in a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add 1 green chilli n ¼ choped cabbage, saute it on medium flame, once done add roughly chopped tomatoes, add the

Add salt and cook till mushy, cool it and grind it to smooth paste

To make it quick u can also roast the veggies directly on flame, add it to water to cool it down and grind to paste

Now heat a pan and 2 tbsp butter or oil, or mixture of both

Add the chillies, ginger, cuminseed, bay leaves, cinamon, cardomon, cloves, roast onedium flame till aroma,

Now add preapared tomato pulp

Now let it cook for about 15 to 20 min, till a thick paste is formed, stir it ocassionaly to make sure it dont stick to pan

Now cook the paste continuously stiring for 2 mins, add powdered spices and roast for min,

Add cashew paste, cream mix, for a min

Add milk and adjust consistency

Now add pannee cubes, and simmer it for 15 mins, finally add kasuri methi n corieander leaves n mix

Serve hot with rotis, u can decorate with cirieander leaves, sliced tomatoes, cream

* tips
Cook till the rawness of cashew paste and tomates is cookedIt may take more time depending on temperature, and tomatoes
Dont add milk directly or a lot or it may crumbles, if a newbie, feel free to use 1tbsp all purpose flour to prevent from crumbling
Season panner with salt n oepper n chilli powder
Dont roast ur panner or it may turns stiff n chewy which we dont want
