Ingredients

2potato
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspturmeric powder
3-4 tspoil
Rice Paste
1/4 cuprice
1/2 tspcumin seeds
1red chilli
4/5garlic pods

Steps

Soak ingredients under rice paste for half an hour and grind to a smooth paste. Peel and chop potatoes into thin and small wedges.

Mix rice paste, salt and turmeric with potato. Heat oil in tawa, once hot, take handful of mixture and place like a tikki.

Let the cakes cook in low flame, until it’s set, then flip to cook from other side. Increase the heat, to make the cakes crisp, for last couple of minutes. Have it as soon as made to get better taste.
