Doubled Dashi Stock Punch Makes it Tasty: Tuna, Mayonnaise, and Soy Sauce Pasta

I love tuna and mayonnaise, and thought it might be tasty with pasta too.

Mix the pasta rapidly as soon as you add to the frying pan, and turn off the heat immediately. If you let it cook too long, the pasta will get dry, harden, and may stick to the pan. If it does stick, drizzle a little more olive oil and toss. For 1 serving. Recipe by Nanaiku

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 80 gramsPasta
  2. 1/2 can- about 40 grams ◎Canned tuna
  3. 2 tsp◎Mayonnaise
  4. 1/2 tsp◎ Dashi stock granules (I used bonito flavored)
  5. 1 tbspplus Dashi soy sauce (soy sauce premixed with dashi)
  6. 1Olive oil
  7. 1Shredded nori seaweed

Steps

  1. 1

    Start boiling the pasta. Put the ◎ ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and when it's hot, add freshly cooked pasta.

  2. 2

    Cook off the water from the pasta, then add tuna and mayonnaise. Mix together quickly, turn off the heat and add the dashi soy sauce. Transfer to a serving plate, top with the nori seaweed, and it's done.
