Presenting a very popular and adorable breakfast dish “ Aloo Pyaaz Sabji.
It a semi dry curry made up of finely chopped potato , onion and green chilli.
It’s a no spice preparation and best accompaniment to roti / paratha.

It a semi dry curry made up of finely chopped potato , onion and green chilli.
It’s a no spice preparation and best accompaniment to roti / paratha.

Chop potato and onion

In moderately heated pan/ kadhai, add oil allow to heat, then add Nigella seeds and allow to sizzle, then add onion + 1 green chilli and sauté till golden brown.

Now add chopped potato and sauté for 4-5 minutes by adding salt + turmeric.

Now add water + green chilli + salt as required, mix well, cover and cook for 7-8 minutes under medium flame. Check in between.

Check potatoes have turn soft or not, cook for 2-3 minutes more without cover and water have reduced.
Have to keep semi dry gravy. Lastly add 1/2 tsp mustard oil can be added but optional. - 6
Serve with roti / paratha / Puri and have paired with Ras Malai.
