I love having miso-marinated beef.
-Only use a modest amount of salt and pepper. If you use too much, the miso will make it too salty.

I love having miso-marinated beef.

Rub a modest amount of salt and pepper into the beef. Heat sesame oil in a pan and grill both sides of the beef over high heat. Transfer onto a dish when it's browned.

Mix together all ● condiments. Brush it thoroughly onto the meat. When the meat is cooled down slightly, put into a plastic bag and chill in the fridge for 1/2 to 1 day.

Pat dry any excess miso from Step 2. Slice into desired sizes and serve.
