  • 150 grcalamari
  • 80 grOlive oil
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 50 grOnion
  • 10 grThyme
  • 30 grLemon juice

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Pur the oil in the pan and let it smoke

  2. 2

    Add the kalamari and cook it until golden brown

  3. 3

    Add the chopped onion first, the the chopped thyme and then the chopped garlic

  4. 4

    Season and add the lemon juice

  5. 5

    Mix well and serve
