I was tired of chicken breast being dry ans not holding moisture after you bake it. So, I filled around in the kitchen and made it a science experiment. I succeeded!

I was tired of chicken breast being dry ans not holding moisture after you bake it. So, I filled around in the kitchen and made it a science experiment. I succeeded!

    Try to have thawed chicken breasts, works best, and mine were still frozen. Take out however many breasts you are cooking and cover them in mayonnaise on all sides. I take a cup of Mayo and put in paper plate to avoid dipping out of container to avoid cross contamination. I also pour enough Italian crumbs in separate plate for next step.

    Cover and roll breasts on all sides in bread crumbs until completely covered. A lot like shake n bake really!

    Place on foil covered pan, putting in oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes turning breasts halfway through.

    Ensure chicken is throughly cooked all the way through. This recipe can be used in air fryer too.
