Make ready all the ingredients.Knead a medium tight dough,cover it with damp cloth for 10 mins.

Make small balls of dough. Roll the puris carefully. Or you can use a plastic sheet for rolling if you wish to.

Deep fry all the puris at med. high heat till golden. Serve them hot in these rainy days with tea or masala dahi or as per ur choice.
