  • 1 stalkcelery
  • 2 Tbspchopped onion
  • 2 Tbsppickle relish
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cchopped red pepper
  • 1/4 cmayonnaise, lite
  • 1/4 tspsalt

    Mash chickpeas (not smooth)

  2. 2

    Add other ingredients and mix

  3. 3

    Make 1 day in advance to allow flavors to blend. Serve with bread, over lettuce.
