Crush moong dal in a mixer.

Mix all ingredients well (except baking soda)

In a saucepan add oil and let it heat on medium to low flame.
Meanwhile add soda to prepared batter. - 4
Now slowly but carefully drop small sized bhaji mixture in oil (medium flame).let fry until it is golden brown in color.

Serve hot with tomato chutney or ketchup or green chutney.
