In a pan add fennel seeds, coriander seeds and cumin seeds, roast for 2 minutes. Let it cool

Now add sugar and dry churn in mixer grinder

Remove skin of totapuri and cut into small pieces,add little water and churn to fine puree

In bowl add water, roasted powder, salt, black salt,lemon juice,mango puree and mix well.

Now add icecubes into serving glass and cooler, serve immediately.
