Pronto bacon pappardelle with mushrooms and courgette

Bring water to boil in saucepan. Whilst boiling cook bacon lardons.

Meanwhile halve peel and thinly slice shallot. Thinly slice mushrooms. Trim courgette into water lengthways and chop widthways into all pieces.

Lower heat to medium add shallot mushrooms courgettes to lardons

Cook pasta once cooked drained and drizzle little oil in

Whilst pasta is cooking stir in theme into frying pan of balloons and veg. Pour water and veg stock powder. Bring to boil and then lower the heat.

Stir in creme fraiche and half cheese. Add pasta and toss together. Season

Serve and sprinkle remaining cheese on
