Wash and Soak Kutki for 1 hour.
Heat Ghee in a cooker.Crackle Cumin seeds curry leaves and saute chopped onion ginger garlic paste chilli paste.
Now add all chopped vegetables turmeric powder salt. And saute for few min. - 2
Add kutki saute and add 1Cup.of water.Stir and make 3 whistle.
Turn off flame.Release air And open the lid. Just.Stir and serve. - 3
Tasty healthy Kutki is ready to serve.Sprinkle Masala peanut powder. Garnish with coriander and cury leaves.
Serve with Curd.
