  • 1/2 teaspoonPanch foran
  • Haldi powder
  • dhaniya powder,
  • jeera powder,
  • Green chilli 2no
  • Salt as per taste

    Peel the parwal and aloo wash vegetables

  2. 2

    Cut the parwal and aloo chop, onion also cut

  3. 3

    Mustard oil hot in put chilli and panch foran stir

  4. 4

    Add vegetables and stir.2 min flame high,

  5. 5

    Add dry masala and salt then onion mixed.

  6. 6

    Now flame medium cooking 3 min.

  7. 7

    It's ready to serve.
