Firstly take a cooker add 1 tbsp ghee,Add corsely grind cardamom,Then add soaked chana daal with half glass of water.Take 4-5 whistle.

Then open the lid of cooker,Firstly mash the lentil then add sugar and jaggery in it and saute it at low flame till it melts.Make it like a soft dough.

Then to make a paratha take a wheat flour in bowl add water to make a soft fine dough.

Then make a small ball from wheat dough and fill the daal mixture in it and roll it over rolling board as paratha.

Then heat the pan and put paratha on it and Grease them with ghee and cook it till it gets golden brown from the both side.

Serve it as hot.
