Spanish rice balls with sliced Turkey and sauté broccoli

I love Spanish rice, but when you turn it into something even more tasty….you got something. This was actually a mistake turned gold! #GoldenApron23

Ingredients

2-3 hrs hrs
1 serving
  1. Broccoli
  2. Salt, pepper and minced garlic
  3. Turkey breast precooked is ok
  4. Spanish rice, 2nd day
  5. Binding ingredient (I use croutons)
  6. Any seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Mix binder and Take rice and scoop it with an ice cream scoop, ball it up evenly

    Start heating your Turkey accordingly try to time it so it’s all done at the same time

  3. 3

    Bring water to a slight boil and blanch your broccoli till fluorescent green, ice bath it towel dry

  4. 4

    Now oil should be 350 degrees so drop the rice balls until bound pull and panko them and drop them again till brown

  5. 5

    Slice your Turkey and sauté broccoli in olive oil garlic salt and pepper

  6. 6

    Plate how you desire and enjoy pretty simple
