FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH: Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F, and lightly grease a pizza pan.

Place warm water in a bowl; add yeast and sugar. Mix and let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.

Add flour, oil, and salt to the yeast mixture; beat until smooth. You can do this by hand or use a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook to make it easier. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a 12-inch circle.

Transfer to the prepared pizza pan. Spread crust with sauce and toppings of your choice.

FOR THE PIZZA TOPPINGS: Spread crust with sauce and toppings of your choice. Add garlic and spinach and sauté until wilted.

Add heavy cream, parmesan, and salt and reduce heat to simmer, stirring frequently to thicken for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Spread spinach mixture onto your pizza dough and top with mozzarella and feta cheese

Drizzle with pesto and bake on a foil lined baking sheet at 350 for 12 min.

And when I was rolling out the dough, I thought I could spin it in the air, and tried it - and I succeeded.
