Steps

Wash and soak the Gobindo Bhog rice for 15 minutes. Mix ghee with rice.

In a pan add milk, bring it to a boil, keep on a low flame and stir the milk. Then add rice and keep stirring.

When the rice gets completely cooked, add Nolen gur and cook for another few minutes till the gur gets completely mixed with rice and milk, lastly add cashew and raisins. Serve.
