  • Leftover white rice
  • unsalted butter
  • lemon juice
  • 200 mlvegetable stock

  1. 1

    Add the butter to a medium sized pot, and melt it on a medium heat.
    At the same time, heat the broth in another pot on a medium heat.
    Add the rice to the butter. (Remembering this rice is cooked and the method of cooking this dish from uncooked rice is different)

  2. 2

    Lightly coat the rice with the butter. Then add the lemon juice.
    Now add the vegetable stock, but only 50 ml at a time (this is because the rice is already cooked and we don’t want it to go mushy, but still absorb the stock flavour)
    Once reheated thoroughly, serve with some Lamb Antikristo
    And pomegranate seeds.
