  1. 2Squid
  2. 100 mlSoy sauce
  3. 100 mlMirin
  4. 100 mlSake
  5. 5 tbspSugar

    Devein the squid and slice.

  2. 2

    Put all the ingredients into a pot and turn on the heat.

  3. 3

    Simmer for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Take care not to burn it.
