Ingredients

  1. 28 Ounce Packages Of Cream Cheese...softened.
  2. 1 1/3 cupOf Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  3. 1 tspGarlic..finely Minced
  4. 1 1/2 tbspChili Powder
  5. 1 tspCumin
  6. 1/4 tspCayenne Pepper To Taste
  7. 1Rotisserie Chicken Skinned & Shredded. I Just Used Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts.
  8. 1/2 bunchCilantro....chopped.
  9. 4Green Onions Chopped
  10. 10 ozCan Of Rotel Tomatoes
  11. 1 packagesOf Tortillas

Cooking Instructions

    Mix together the cream cheese and shredded Mexican blend cheese in a bowl. Add the spices,chicken, tomatoes, green onions and cilantro in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for an hour. After the mixture is chilled, place a large spoonful onto a tortilla and spread all the way to the edges. Roll up the tortilla and slice. (Seen this on Facebook) :)
