In a deep bowl add boiled & crushed sweetcorn, red capsicum, yellow capsicum

Add chopped onion, chopped tomato, grated processed cheese.

Add red chilli flakes, mixed herbs, Schezwan sauce

Add salt to taste & mix everything well.

Take pav 6 pieces joint together, cut it horizontally into 2 parts, place both halves on clean & dry surface, apply cheese spread evenly over it. On the lower halve put a portion of stuffing & spread it evenly.

Close with the upper halve of the bread with the cheese spread side facing downward. Brush melted butter evenly over each side. Preheat OTG on 180°© for 8 minutes. Bake them for 5 to 6 minutes. For other batch repeat the process.

Cut them with sharp knife. Garnish with grated cheese.

Serve immediately.
