Ingredients

  • 1 cupGovindbhog rice washed
  • 1/2 cupsplit yellow moong dal washed
  • 1 cupsprouts green moong dal
  • 1/3 cupchole and green chana dal sprouts
  • 1 cupgrated fresh coconut
  • 2 Tbspghee
  • 1bay leaf
  • 3/4 cupJaggery powder
  • 1/3 Tspsalt
  • 3/4 Tspcinnamon powder
  • 1/4 Tspblack pepper crushed
  • 1/2 Tspdry ginger powder
  • Warm water as required
  • Warm water as required
  • 1.5 Tbspchopped dry fruit to garnish

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take the rice, yellow moong dal, sprouted moong dal and nuts and grated coconut 🥥 in a pressure cooker.

    Add ghee and bay leaf.

    Then add requested water, salt and then add required water, salt and jaggery powder.

    Mix well and pressure cook for one whistle. Allow to release the pressure naturally.

    Now add the dry cinnamon powder, ginger powder and black pepper crushed. Mix well, cook on low flame for a minute. An aroma one can find.

    Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve the amazing sweet recipe.
